warm welcome, The manager (owner) Mr.Rudi, two staffs Mr.Sinan & Mr.Erdogan were very helpful, polite and professional. I had a few issues in room but solved immediately by them. It was worth the money paid. Room was clean and prepared everyday with bottles of water, clean towels, sanitary stuffs and slippers. Size of room was good. Breakfast was good enough. Osmanbey metro was very close to hotel, between Taksim Square and Cevahir mall. The Dolapdere street is crowded but safe.

the staff are so friendly and helpful the room has enough space just the balcony is too small it was clean enough actually it was a honeymoon trip, and hotel were welcoming with a very nice cake and red wine. It’s really appreciated

First of all, many thanks to the receptionists who were always polite and extremely helpful! The hotel is well-designed. It is relatively small but since there are only two rooms on the floor located at opposite ends, it is generally quiet on the floor most of the time. The room was spacious and cozy at the same time, with a big desk, comfortable bed, and many sources of light. The location is good, the subway is within a 10-minute walk, and many small cafes around. The Wi-Fi speed was decent.

Super friendly and super helpful staff, very clean and cozy room with a large comfy bed, centrally located near famous nisantasi neighbourhood and close to many touristic attractions and shopping centres. Metro station within walking distance which brings most of Istanbul within your reach. Good internet. Towels changed, shampoos charged and room cleaned and sorted everyday. Heating works. Very good breakfast.

I ilke the location near metro station and the staff was very helpful they gave us umberllas during a rainy day . The room was clean i only stayed for 2 nights . Special thanks to Rudy nd staff

the hotel is very small yet they are doing their best to facilitate the stay, staff are all wonderful, very near to all transportations, Metro like 350m. Good vale for its price.

Very friendly and helpful staf Nice clean rooms Shampoo and shower gel provided Baby cot for free provided Host agreed to offer us what he could instead of breakfast in the evening instead of morning, because we left at 4 am and we would have lost the breakfast.

The hotel is fantastic. Breakfast was great. The staff is very nice, my best friend had a birthday and they made a great compliment surprise with cake and wine, it was soo cute, we will definitely come back again, thank you for the wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

everything was what we expected. The location is very good, Osmanbey Metro Station is 5 minutes away, and from there you can go anywhere. The location is just very good. The hotel is clean, so is the room. It has everything you need - refrigerator, TV, comfortable bathroom, large bed. There are also many good restaurants to eat nearby. The host is kind and helps with everything. The street on which the hotel is located is quite busy, which creates little noise for people who are sensitive to sound or sleep very lightly.
